EduFocal Limited (LEARN) hereby advises the Jamaica Stock Exchange and the investing public that there will be a delay in the publication of its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2025. The delay is due to additional time required to complete the audit process.
The Company now expects to publish the Audited Financial Statements on or before April 30, 2026.
